Street Style: LFW

London Fashion Week always brings a blend of individuality and creativity from the catwalk to the streets,
we had the pleasure of viewing it first hand and were not disappointed.

Snapshot - J'adore! : Victoria Beckham get's up close in ID Magazine

It's not been that long since we mentioned the other half to the dynamic fashion duo we love, while David Beckham showed us his bare essentials in line with H&M, Victoria Beckham smoulders on the cover of ID Magazine's  March 2012 issue. With her body trim since childbirth, she let's us know why she's comfortable in her own skin! We're sure you agree with us; Victoria looks AMAZING. The pvc hat, the smokey eye, and ooh that pout.

J'adore!

Trendbook: Spring 2012

With Spring soon approaching and a change of weather to accompany; here's our forecast for what will be on everyone's shopping list next season.

NEON

Nanette Lepore - NYC Fashion Week

Neon is BACK and we're loving it. Feeling adventurous?

Style tip: Wear complimentary colours in neon from top to toe or alternatively team it up with a muted
block colour such as black, white or even stripes (ie. black and white; another key trend this spring) and let it POP.

SILK PRINT
D&G: Milan Fashion Week

We're certain in this collection D&G shows us how to wear a silk print scarf in up to 10 different ways!

Style tip: Again if you're feeling adventurous wear this look from head to toe in matching or mismatch silk print pieces or alternatively only wear one stand alone silk print item with plain colours, add some OTT accessories and you'll be making a bold STATEMENT.

LACE
Louis Vuitton: Paris Fashion Week

Did lace ever leave?
We're used to seeing it in black and white however next season expect to see bright shades; reds, blues, greens and yellows.

Style tip: This colourful style requires minimal accessories so go easy on them and let the lace do the TALKING.

                 GRAPHIC FLORALS

Graphic florals are here to stay next season.

Style tip: We recommend teaming this overly girly style with black leather, metallic gold or neon to give it that EDGE.

ATHLETIC CHIC
Marc Jacobs: NYC Fashion Week

This is Athletic Chic at it's finest.
Although it can be argued that some of the pieces from this trend on their own isn't anything special, however when teamed up with pieces from other trends it all comes together rather nicely!

Style tip: For this trend to really stand out we suggest drawing from the other's to  MIX N' MATCH.

TANGERINE
Jenny Packham: NYC Fashion Week

Definitely not for the timid.

Style tip: Replace little black dresses with the hot hue that is Tangerine. We suggest really setting it off with crisp whites or neutralising the tone with cream (is that even possible?) If you're feeling brave this colour can be worn alone for the WOW FACTOR.

CROP TOPS
Oscar de la Renta: NYC Fashion week

The crop top is now another reason to hit the gym!
We love this unlikely pairing of the crocheted silver thread crop sweater and the long billowing skirt!

Style tip: Sub in crop tops as part of your evening wear for a look that's TRES CHIC.

PEPLUM ACCENTS
Jason Wu: NYC Fashion Week

The frills of the peplum accent instantly adds a touch of femininity to any outfit; instantly giving it a lift.

Style tip: Why not  go opposite's with this style, if the peplum accent features on the top team it up with masculine shorts for some edge or keep it dainty if the peplum feature is on the bottom (as pictured in above image) and let it 'sashay' with every step.. now that's what we call FLARE.

Other key trends this spring include: bold stripes, graphic animal prints, skater dresses, pencil skirts, folk print, art deco graphics, denims (plain and patterned), stencil cut dresses, black on yellow, polka dots, diaphanous whites (simply put transparent/see through whites) and preppy ankle socks with heels.

So there you have it. Our Spring 2012 Fashion Forecast.

Which will you be wearing this Spring?

Let us know, which trends are your favourates.

Sneak Peek: David Beckham for H&M

Versace is not the only one set to collaborate with H&M this year. The ex Manchester United player and one half of our favourate dynamic fashion duo (the Beckhams); has been working for the last 18months on his underwear bodywear range. Sir David's bodywear range for men in collaboration with H&M hits stores tomorrow (2nd February 2012) and just in time for Valentine's Day! We can predict what some guys will be getting for Valentine's Day this year.

As part of marketing Giant shopping bags were placed all around the capital of London. Ladies will agree the bags do make London just a little bit brighter.

This is a long term partnership with H&M with the new bodywear range to be released seasonally. The range features 9 different styles of vests, boxers, briefs, t-shirts, pajamas and long johns. Focusing on fit, function, and design with David drawing inspiration from his own wardrobe to create the unique and comfortable collection. The useage of cotton waffle in the Henley and long-john, aswell as a special finish on the 100% cotton pyjamas ensure the bodywear retain their shape whilst ensuring a soft feel for the wearers comfort!

“Collectively with my design team we spent time working on the feel, fit and style to ensure the product is not only something I would wear but one which I would be proud to put my name to.” David Beckham.
A small selection of some of the items on offer!
The collection aims to seasonally develop with new styles, new fabrics and new patterns which will all follow the quality-focused blueprint of David’s new classics.

There is an accompanying advert to the campaign which will be aired during the first break this Sunday of the Manchester United vs. Chelsea match. Now a reason I'm sure most ladies wouldn't mind tuning into the Football match for.

If you can't like us however wait till Sunday we have the advert right here.

This partnership is set to be a BIG one for the Sporting hero turned Entrepeneur turned ICON.

We look forward to seeing how this range evolves and further develops!
